Wooden DIY kit for Preschoolers
I was actually hunting for a birdhouse kit for Spencer to make my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day or something, when I stumbled across this on Amazon:
How cute is this? It’s a little set of ready to assemble, sanded and otherwise unfinished wooden pieces made in Vermont from New England pine. The set includes a truck, tractor, tugboat and train and it is intended for younger kids to be able to assemble with help from a parent. This is such a cool idea because a lot of these sets are 8 and up and much too difficult for smaller children. This one is crafted with younger hands in mind.
This Made in the USA wooden craft set from Montgomery Schoolhouse would be a perfect gift for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or and sort of day where you want to guilt people in to making crafts with a kid! Awesome. Or just gift it to the child. That might be more reasonable. I think I might order one of these.
